T&Cs for Tenants

1 Validity
These General Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively between the solicitor (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") and Home Company Immobilien GmbH.

2 Subject matter of the order
The client commissions Home Company Immobilien HC24 GmbH to provide evidence of offers of residential properties that were not previously known to him.

3 Services of Home Company Immobilien GmbH
Home Company Immobilien GmbH strives to create opportunities with the aim of concluding a lease. Home Company Immobilien HC24 GmbH does not provide legal, financial and tax advice or interpreting services.

4 Liability of Home Company Immobilien GmbH
Despite all care, no liability can be assumed for the correctness and completeness of offers.

5 Client's duty to cooperate
If the client is already aware of an offer, Home Company Immobilien GmbH must be informed immediately, stating the source.

6 Notification of the conclusion of a rental agreement
The conclusion of a rental agreement (verbal/written) for one of the announced properties or with one of the announced providers must be communicated to Home Company Immobilien GmbH immediately.

7 Data protection
The offers are confidential and intended only for the principal. A passing on to third parties requires the consent of Home Company Immobilien GmbH. A violation can lead to claims for damages on the part of Home Company Immobilien GmbH and oblige to payment of lost commission claims. Reference is expressly made to the declaration on the protection of personal data in accordance with the guidelines of the Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) attached in the Annex.
For his part, the client is obliged to treat personal data entrusted to him by third parties in accordance with the guidelines of the Basic Data Protection Ordinance (DSGVO). The client is expressly referred to the Basic Data Protection Ordinance (DSGVO), the provisions of which he must familiarize himself with. Accordingly, the client must, among other things, treat all personal data of housing providers transmitted to him confidentially, i.e. he may not disclose or make it accessible to others without authorization. If a rental contract is not concluded, the personal data entrusted to it must be deleted immediately and irrevocably. The client indemnifies Home Company Immobilien GmbH for all legal consequences resulting from illegal or abusive use of the personal data transmitted to him by housing providers by himself or by third parties commissioned by him.

8 Choice of law and place of jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the customer acts as or for a merchant, Düsseldorf is agreed as the place of jurisdiction.

9 Collateral Agreements and Severability Clause


Changes and additions must be made in writing. This also applies to the waiver of the written form. Verbal agreements to this contract do not exist. Should one of these provisions be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
